Welcome to A Woman’s Page, an exploration of topics for women in the second half of life-sexuality, relationships, health, parenting, caregiving and other issues we face as women, juggling the many roles we take on and those imposed on us.  Through this blog I hope to educate, engage and empower women by sharing resources, articles, and advice.

My background is in Educational Psychology and over the last decade  I’ve been involved with women in crisis, specifically women who’ve experienced sexual violence.  One thing these women had in common was a desire to regain control of their lives and their voices.  Knowledge is power and sharing our knowledge gives voice to the power we possess as women.

I’m particularly interested in sexuality as it applies to our lives. Married, single, divorced, in or out of a relationship we are sexual beings. Each stage of our lives brings new opportunities and challenges in our exploration of sexuality. I hope to bring together positive resources to help inform you on this journey.
